Day 1: Hue to DMZ to Khe Sanh
We pick you from Hue and ride along highway 1 to Quang Tri town. First we stop at a cemetary and Quang Tri Old Citadel which was a battlefield in 1972 between North and South Vietnam for 81 days and nights.
And we continue on to Ben Hai River (known as 17th Parallel and also the border line between North and South Vietnam during the American war )and Hien Luong Bridge (a symbol of division, expectations and the pain of loss, a historic witness of Vietnam’s tragic but ultimately victorious past).
Next we ride along the coatal line to see Cua Tung Queen Beach and then explore the Vinh Moc tunnels and the Demilitarised Zone, stopping for lunch as well.
Continue on Highway 9. On the way we will stop for taking pictures of the Rockpile and visiting some ethnic minority villages that live along Ho Chi Minh Trail.
Around 5pm we arrive in Khe Sanh which was established as a forward base by General Westmoreland near Laos to secure highway 9. Checking into hotel and you have free time to explore the area.
Day 2: Khe Sanh to Phong Nha
After breakfast we visit the Khe Sanh combat base, then we ride on the west Ho Chi Minh trail, today you have the chance to see the real trail with its mind-blowing, spectacular scenery – lots of jungle, mountains, waterfalls and villages of the Paco and Van Kieu Minorities.
We will ride through the Sa Mu pass, se pang heng river, Lang Ho village, U bo pass, areas made famous in the American war.
Around 5pm, we arrive in Phong Nha townm you will have free time to explore this quiet and peaceful place.
Day 3: Paradise cave and Dark cave
In the morning after breakfast we will go to Paradise cave, in here you will climd up and explore the caves with beautiful limestone system
In the afternoon we will stop for a swim in Dark cave where have ziplining, mud bathing, kayaking, swimming and playing challenge games. Later we take you back to Phong Nha town ,tour ended here.
